DTMF BASED LOAD CONTROL SYSTEM

Description:-

The MT8870D/MT8870D-1 is a complete DTMF receiver integrating both the band split filter & digital decoder function. The filter section uses switched capacitor techniques for high and low group filter, the decoder uses digital counting techniques to detect the code and decode all 16 DTMF tone fair into a 4-bit code. External component count is minimized.

DTMF (Duel Tone Multi Frequency) is the audible sounds you hear when you press key on your phone. The tone generator uses the 5589 chip and a switch. Touch tone is familiar to many telephones.
