DCI, with net sales of $260 million, is a worldwide manufacturer of

filtration systems and replacement parts.

Consultant as Project Manager/Payroll Manager

. Reporting to the Director of Finance, managed four Senior Payroll

Administrators, processing multiple payrolls for 4,000+ employees, located

in 14 plants across the country, including four union plants. Worked

closely with Director of Tax on expatriate income and wage analysis.

. Led multiple projects for Finance team, including large scale

reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable, due to DCI's global

initiative to convert to ERP system, Oracle EBS 12, utilizing parallel

processing during the four year project.

. Processed journal entries, account reconciliations, stock options,

internal/external commissions, executive compensation, and financial

statement schedules. Documented AR/AP procedures for process improvement.

. Managed project to convert in-house payroll system to ADP outsourcing.

Worked with ADP implementers to design and map the conversion. Gathered

team requirements and created all required documentation. Project put on

hold for budgetary reasons.
