Perform Tier II/III work on products and services of medium-high complexity; products include

large servers and mainframe computers and peripherals, large system printers and plotters,

enterprise level servers, networks and software, item processing reader/sorters and networking

issues on imaging systems, medium/high complexity networking/communications equipment, network

and systems management/protocols.

Primary services include ATM hardware maintenance, installation, network management,

multi-vendor maintenance and software support. Also provide installation, maintenance and

repairs on Recyclers, Sorters, Scalable Deposit Module, POS equipment and other

electromechanical equipment. Provide continuity of customer operations and high levels of

customer satisfaction.

Resolving customer incident reports and problems. Maintain customer satisfaction including

compliance with Service Level Agreement contracts.

Duty schedules, vacation schedules. Training, monitoring service calls, coordinating service

calls. Liaison between team associates and management, Resolving personnel conflicts and

customer conflict. Responsibility for the coordination of equipment installations.

Created a resource book to reduce time spent on parts research and contact information for

customers, help desk and other associates.
