tenants, 3 day notices and court evictions. . Bank deposits of rents, escrow monies; and was also

responsible for signing checks.

. Placed newspaper ads in Lakeland Ledger for rentals and homes for sale. Made sales brochures for homes

that were for sale.

. Balanced all checkbooks and worked directly with CPA’s.
