supervision of 100 skilled construction workers and laborers.

• Manage all financial, materiel and human resources associated with this project.

• Review all project cost valuations and issue payment orders to diverse companies and

skilled construction workers sub-contracted for the project.

• Purchase all materials and lease all construction equipment required for project execution.

Depilco C.A. – 2002-2005 – Associate Director and Project Manager

• Responsible for company administration including operations estimated, payroll, personnel

hires and layoffs, billing and collections, monthly company income tax payments, and

maintenance of company installations, machinery and equipment.

• Project Manager responsible for the execution of diverse projects including construction of

concrete anchors on the Caracas-Higuerote Highway, and construction of concrete micro-

piles at Dr. Jesús Yerena Popular Clinic in Petare district of Caracas.

Deincard J.L. Construcciones C.A. – 2001-2002 – Resident Engineer

• Major projects include remodeling of the Guevara Gorrin Sports Stadium in 23 de Enero

District of Caracas, and restoration of the La Guzmania estate, a 19th Century national

historical landmark in La Guaira, Vargas state.

Constructora Cohen C.A. – 1998-2001 – Resident Engineer

• Built luxury El Rosal Plaza residential apartment building complex, including twin 17-floor

towers built above a two-level shopping mall and four-level underground parking garage.

Project responsibilities included oversight, review, and comparison of all blueprints

including architectural, structural, electrical, sanitary, and mechanical to ensure accuracy.

Also managed crew of 300 workers that included six foremen and two engineering

assistants.

Aerocav de Venezuela – 1997-1998 – Project and Construction Manager

• Responsible nationally for construction of new office and warehouse facilities, and

maintenance of existing Aerocav offices and associated Pak Mail retail franchises,

including restoration and remodeling projects.

• Managed skilled construction workers and laborers at all Aerocav projects nationally.

• Administrated all materiel and financial resources related to these projects.

Plusmetal C.A. – 1996-1997 – Project Analyst

• Prepared and controlled project estimates and cost valuations, project completion reports,

construction work plans and metric calculations for diverse projects including the

Buenaventura shopping mall, Leti Laboratories’ pharmaceutical manufacturing building,
