(HSC) initiated the RFP for sustain and maintenance of XTEND project for reducing their IT

spending and to gain quality service at par with the industry standards. HSC for sustain and

maintenance of XTEND includes transitioning of the existing maintenance and support activities from

current provider Incumbent Vendor to Delivery teams. Post transition, teams are to provide sustain

and maintenance of transitioned applications. Also, end to end delivery ownership of applications

EMAS (Element Management Application and Support) and CADE (CPP Application Development

Environment). And verification teams like Core I&V, IVD5.0 and IVD5.1. The objective is to achieve

client satisfaction by providing on time high quality deliveries and customer support. The scope is
