Extensive Experience in Chemical Plant Maintenance and Construction and Welding

Inspection to include the following Qualifications:

1. Assign Welder to projects based on Project WGS and Welder WPQR

2. Read Blue Prints and Weld Map ISO-s. Fill out and identify with Weld Map and Welders

Stencil Date-Welded Procedure to complete Weld. Perform visual inspection of weld

during completion. Look for defects, amount of weld deposit and any visual blemishes that

can be addressed before Scheduled NDT Exam.

3.Make a request for NDT- with projects name and Weld # Size-thickness and number of

welds to examine. Brinnell Hardness LP Test EXT as required by WPS.

4. In the event of a Weld Reject- Review X Ray Film ascertain best course to repair and

follow through with Repair report. Reschedule NDT.

I am a Certified in LP Testing. 40 years experience as a pipe welder .2+ years as a Level 11

NDT Tech. Made sure all Required Weld Procedures are followed and documented.

Worked closely with production to coordinate said activities. Able to work with most

anyone. Self motivated. Maturity to interface with all levels of management. Able to work

independently and handle pressure. Extremely loyal and willing to learn and accept new

responsibilities. Strong desire to succeed.
