1. Project Name: Multichem

Client: Halliburton

Duration: Jul 2013 - Till date

Role: Team: ABAP Lead, Onsite Coordinator

Client Description:

This Halliburton has acquired a major chemical company called MultiChem.

This project named MultiChem is merging the subsidiaries of the two

companies through various business process chains. It involves integration

of the two companies to operate as a single business and fitting gaps of

Multichem in Halliburton system.

Responsibilities:

. Acting as ABAP Team Lead and Onsite Coordinator for Multichem

deliverables and primary POC for all RICEFW deliverables at onsite.

. POC for all enhancements works and responsible for quality

deliverables and escalations.

. Work with the functional designers and do a peer review check from

tech standpoint before transition to offshore

Getting FD transition from onsite to offshore team and sort out the

all the open issues to help offshore in completing the

deliverables.

. Onshore Offshore Coordination for all RICEFW delievrables. It will

include development for Workflow events, Emailers, ALV reports,

Classes and Interfaces.

And review the deliverables from offshore.

Tech design review, code reveiw and check all best practices before

delivering the objects

. Identify the program to optimize better output from performance

point of view. Identify areas require regular performance testing

and coordinate with performance testing team

. Tracking deliverables, monitor and mentor team, give project

status to Accenture Leadership Team and Client Team

. Execute component test plan, work with functional designers for the

2. Project Name: Commodity Handling (World's Biggest SAP Implementation)

Client: Cargill

Duration: Aug 2009 - Till date

Role: Team: ABAP Lead, Onsite Coordinator

Client Description:

Cargill, Incorporated is an American privately held, Multinational

Corporation based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Founded in 1865, it is now the

largest privately held corporation in the United States in terms of

revenue. Some of Cargill's major businesses are trading, purchasing and

distributing grain and other agricultural commodities, trading in energy,

steel and transport; the manufacture of food ingredients for application in

processed foods and industrial use. Cargill also operates a large financial

services arm, which manages financial risks in the commodity markets for

the company.

This project involves the new implementation of ECC6.0 and other SAP

systems like SRM, TM, GTS, APO, HR in various waves. RICEFW has gathered in

various phase and started with Global blue print and implemented the system

in two phases as wave 1 and wave2.

Then the focus moved on to SAP Commodity Handling Implementation believed

to be the world's biggest SAP implementation considering the number of

RICEFW, no. of man-days, no. of test cycles, no .of test scripts, no. of

systems and involved.

The CH bundle taken as a whole, SAP GTM (Global Trade Management) along

with Triple Point Commodity SL, integrated via the enterprise services

provided by this bundle, enables customers to:

. Actively manage the overall physical and derivative commodity

position of a company

. Streamline the entire value chain---supply, trading, marketing,

and scheduling

Activities Involved:

. Spent more than three and half years in various roles starting from

senior developer to ABAP Team Lead and Onsite Coordinator.

. Coordinated with offshore team and delivered more than 200 RICEFW for

the CH implementation.

. Found solution for so many complex & knot issues in CH implementation

which doesn't have any documentation or pre reference exist in SDN,Google or globally.

Infosys is leading consulting company in IT fields having it's headquarter

in Bangalore, India, which is in the business of consultation,

Implementation of software and handling BPO projects.

Infosys has one of its domains (Business Unit) as Information system which

handles the projects on internal Infosys requirements.

This project involves the new implementation of ECC6.0 & CRM. ABAP

developments are handled by my unit Enterprise Solution (ES). My team works

in implementing the MM, FI & CRM Module .This includes the creation of

Reports, Function Modules, BADI, User exits, smartforms,migration of

reports from 4/7C to ECC6.0,BAPI's and CRM interfaces through PI.

Activities Involved:

. Distributions of work from the Functional team to the team members and

monitoring their job, reviewing their code and guiding them.

. Analyzing the functional specification, preparing technical specs.

Once it got signed off, doing development and testing in development

environment & transporting to quality & production systems.

4. Project Name: Rohm & Haas - ABAP ODC.

Client: Rohm & Haas, USA

Duration: SEP 2007 -MAY 2008.

Role: Onsite Coordinator.

Rohm and Haas, USA is an $ 8.5 bn specialty material company with a

multinational presence. The business areas are Coatings, Electronic

Materials, Adhesives and Sealants, Performance, Salt, Monomers. Rohm & Haas

has SAP as their ERP system.

Activities Include:

. As an onsite co-coordinator distribution of work between offshore &

onsite. Creation of new reports-Design, Coding, Development and

testing in development environment & transporting to production.

. Enhancement, defect detecting and fixing, in the SAP functional Areas

of Manufacturing, Production Planning, Materials Management, Sales and

Distribution and Environmental Health Safety.

. Monitoring the queue regularly & Production support for SAP R/3

Implementations.

5. Project Name: CSS Backtrack Project & GPBridge

Client: GILLETTE / P&G

Duration: MAR 2007 - AUG 2007.

Role: ABAP Consultant + Associate Tech Lead

Procter and Gamble (P&G) is multinational company having its headquarter in

Cincinnati, USA, which is in the business of production and sales of over

300 products which includes personal-grooming products, consumer portable

power products, and oral care products. It operates all across the world

with India and Russia as major growth areas.

After P&G takes over Gillette, New interface GPBRIDGE was implemented so

the Gillette materials are moved to G11 system with informatica as an

intermediate tool.

Also P&G has started sending their finished good components from its oracle

database CSS to GPCAT to maintain all materials. Materials with all

relevant details are sent from CSS in text file which will be mapped to

GPCAT standards and materials are created through IDOCS. This includes the

creation of Reports, Function Modules, ALE settings, mapping rules and MM

customization using SPRO and also construction of IDOCS.

Activities Involved:

. Analysis, design and Development of new requirements, quality of

deliverables, user testing and support related activities

. Implementation of basic settings & Idoc creations.

. Understanding and Analysis of user requirements and providing

6. Project Name: GPCAT (Global Product Catalogue)

Role: ABAP Developer & MM - Master Data Implementation.

Client Description:

Gillette is multinational company having its headquarter in Boston, USA,

which is in the business of production and sales of personal-grooming

products, consumer portable power products, and oral care products. It

operates in 200 countries with India and Russia as major growth areas.

This Project involves the creation of Dialog Programming customized using

MM01 Transaction for the creation of Gillette Materials all over the world

in a single system. The material gets triggered by various workflows and it

will be send to three SAP-R/3 Systems as Idocs and to 7 Legacy systems as

Flat Files and also pulled by BW Systems. This includes the creation of

Reports, Function Modules, Includes, ALV, BDC, ALE settings for Idocs,

Selection & Mapping rules, Interfaces.

Activities Involved:

. Analysis, design and Development of new requirements, quality of

deliverables, user testing and support related activities.

. Understanding and Analysis of user requirements and providing

solutions to client queries.

. Modified prewritten programs for faster data retrieval and quick

reporting actions.

. After go live project goes for production support as Hypercare period,

monitored the queue regularly. Worked with the issues the user facing
