It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my application for the advertised position. As a Customer Service

professional with over 10 years of experience, I believe that I have a broad skill set that will complement your

organization.

As you will see in the attached resume, I have built my career in various industries and types of companies,

small and large to include managing a 348 unit apartment complex. Although I have always worked under the

umbrella of customer service I have had to wear many hats such as admin, data entry, problem solver, service

provider, coordinator, manager, etc. I thoroughly enjoy the variety and thrive in a challenging environment.

In addition to being flexible, I have a particular eye for detail and knack for clear communication as well. In

my current position, I make sure I go above and beyond to ensure the positive and safe experience of all my

clients. When filling out a client chart I document everything from the exact products I used, any skin conditions

I observed, my product recommendations, to home care instructions. This way, if they were to ever come back

and see another esthetician that esthetician could pick up their chart and know exactly where to go and what's

been done. I also follow up personally with each and every client I see. Is it in my job description? No. Do

they appreciate it and is it excellent customer service? Yes. I believe that I could benefit your organization by

bringing this exact level of dedication to every task.
