Conducts corporate research and manages the writing of fixed-income

research reports on over 100 different companies for the exclusive use of

one of the top UIT issuers in the country. Assigns credit ratings and

outlooks to specific fixed-income securities, using an assessment of credit

fundamentals and spread relationships.

Directs the Esposito Private Equity Group, performing due diligence on new

investments, monitoring existing investments and managing partnership

relationships. Conducts financial valuation analysis through the use of

discounted cash flow, trading comparables, precedent transaction

comparables, and leveraged buyout methodologies. Controls multimillion

dollar transactions throughout the entire life cycle - from industry

evaluation through economic modeling, capital structures evaluation, due

Manages the multimillion dollar Esposito Strategic Lending Fund, a hedge
