The duties of shipping coordinator

1. Handling all import shipments for the body shop, victoria`s secret, bath & body works brands

2. Receiving pre alerts, DO and original documents for the shipments.

3. Reviewing the original document (AWB,B/L, Commercial invoice, Packing list, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of

Inspection, Health certificate (for cosmetics stuff)….etc.

4.Updating shipments tracker and reports with shipment’s status and details.

5. Updating required reports (Daily cosmetics report - Demurrage report - Saving file report)

6. Following up with PR&C (COMPLIANCE) to approve these shipments at lead time

7. Updating the Oracle system with the shipments and issuing Purchase Orders.

8. Preparing the required documents to the bank for issuing form 4 and customs clearance to clear the shipments.

9. Find the best logistical solutions and operational options to clear the shipments on time to avoid and reduce the demurrage

and any extra charges.

10. Following up with the customs clearing agency to clear the shipments and deliver it on time to our warehouse

11 Following up with the warehouse team till receiving the shipments and release it to the stores

12.Sending the shipments report to the overseas brand team, logistics team& supply chain team

The achievements

1. I put the value added of logistics process to create the code of shipments to be get easy link of supply chain team, brand

team & PR&C team

2. I designed shipping documentation brochure new form to get more professional and high advance to be simple of external

suppliers as to get great impact of my team valuable
