Responsibilities

Take part in Cycle counting, and warehouse inventory. Keeping logs on scrapweights. Rf scanning good

production in to bins, making sure that the production lines have no bad scrap on line. Shipping and receiving

daily trucks. Rack stacking, making bundles secure to be loaded on trucks, zlabels, taking bad product out of

the system, staging loads, ppe, keeping lines running by making sure they always have product, empty boxes

and a safe clean environment.

Accomplishments

I've learned that I can do anything that I put my mind to. I was a little afraid of the huge racks at first but patience

is the key. I've learned that a bad day comes with every job and instead of giving up, you just work harder. I've

learned my 5 and I'm proud of that. Not being conceded but I think I'm the bosses pet because I am a leader

when I work. I'm helpful and respectful, I step in when someone needs a hand. I don't think that I'd want to work

where being a team didn't exist. I have train experience at every job I've had, bosses see that if they don't have

the Time to hit all the basics with new employees then I'm the go to guy. I just try and be my best everyday

Communication skills, physical, thinking skills, I really stay aware of my surrounding so at this job my attention

skills have raised alot. My leadership skills are really starting to develop and my people skills are much better.

Control steam valves, 10 minute time and paint rate checks on product, raise and lower damper to adjust

tempo and air on running material, locating and setting the right lot numbers on Plc monitor, Plc changeovers

to dfferent products, weighing finished and unfinished materials, cleaning spray arms and heads as needed,

transporting materials on forklifts, preparing product for shipping, preparing samples for QC, training new

employees, relieving for breaks, inspecting product

Accomplishments

I had a good impact on this job, while there i recieved 2 raises, i was the Senior operator on my shift. I provided

helpful information to new employees and also showing each one that needed my help, hands on ways to

run good product while being safe at work. I did my very best to make sure everyone was wearing PPE, and

knew what they had to do on the Glatts. Over all, i tried to make Fritz Industries a place that people wanted

to work and enjoy there job

I was a leader, i knew my job inside out and as dangerous as the job was and could have been, i went in head

first. Employees came to me with there questions and as the leader i felt, i had to demonstrate and provide

accurate information. I showed newer employees how to use PLC"s, how to read the time charts, what to look

for if a problem accurs, and most important, i demonstrated safety

apart machine to clean and put back together after cleaned, lot changeovers

As a machinist at Protec, i tried to run more quality product than the team, i stayed overtime on many occasions

to finish the job, i was a dependable worker as they knew they could always depend on me, i kept everyone
