1. July 2013 Dec. 2014 / Boeing Commercial Airplanes (CTS International)/

Structural Design Engineer

Contract design engineer - 737MAX Empennage. I've worked on Horizontal

Stabilizer and composed layouts for Leading Edge Gap Cover, Strakelet,

Trailing Edge, Front and Rear Spars, Trailing Edge Composite Skin Panels.

I've also designed Trailing Edge Beams, Ribs, Chords, Fittings and released

them by the required off board date. Manager: Shoba Krishnan.

2. Mar. 2011 Mar. 2013 / AB Elektronik GMBH / Head of Engineering Dept.

(Engineering Technical Lead).

Design of speed sensors, angle sensors, level sensors, gas pedals for BMW,

Daimler, Volvo; worked with different plastic parts made from PA, PP,

composites; performed linear, non-linear and magnetic finite element

simulation, managed professional engineering teams in Werne, Germany and

Kiev, UA. The software used was Catia V5 + SAP and Solid Works. Manager:

Worked on the following projects: Boeing -747-400, 747-LCF, 747-8F, 747-8I,

Designed body joins, splice fittings, splice straps and skin panels in

transition zone for the sections 44 and 46. Project: 747-LCF. Software:

Created wing fueling system installation, plastic and metal parts (pipes,

fittings, joints). Project: Superjet-100. Software: Catia V5+TeamCenter.

Designed and integrated a full set of layouts for the Aft Cargo Door Super

Panel surround, designed skins, stringers, frames, fittings, doublers,

assemblies and installations. Project: 747-8F,-8I. Soft: Catia V4+ PDM.

Worked in Sustaining to support assembly and production on the main

assembly line for sections 44, 46 and Cargo Furnishing. Recorded a

significant amount of part, assembly and installation revisions. Projects:

Designed composite frames for the section 49. Project: 787. Software: Catia

Performed 14 long business trips to Everett, WA to Boeing main assembly

plant.

Conducted laboratory and practical studies; class-led instruction of

Computer Graphics, Engineering Mechanics, and Composite Mechanics.

Performed finite elements analysis and mathematical simulation of aerospace
