of the newspaper that was faxed out to 5-Star Luxury Hotels all over the world so they could print

it out for their guests. This was before The Times sold daily subscriptions via the Web.

I managed all the customer service relations from new subscriptions to billing to any complaints

or issues that needed to be resolved.
