m ultitude of manufacturers including ASUS, Lenovo, and HP.

• Used POS software to record t ickets and bills for customers.

• Dealt with nearly thi rty people per day to assist them with their devices.

April 2013 to July 2013

• Used QuickBooks to record sales, service records and ticket information.

• Traveled to various places to work with clients on site, such as connecting

routers and connecting new systems into the network.

• Spoke with customers over the phone to resolve issues with their computer

such as runtime errors, boot problems, and other issues.

• Used TeamViewer to remote in and fix problems.

• Removed viruses and malware such as the FBI virus.
