WORK EXPERIENCE

Manager of Scheduling & Supply Chain Crown Cork & Seal Massillon, Ohio 1997 – March 2014

Manage department of 20 people(5 salary and 15 hourly) Manage daily schedules for the production lines, create budgets for the

plant, shipping, receiving, inventory, warehousing, inside sales/customer support. Managed the creation of the plants MRP system

created in Excel. Physical inventory and monthly inventory reporting(was 99% accurate every month). Worked with Plant Manager

and Corporate planning to prepared yearly and quarterly budgets for the plant and department. Managed a $30mm inventory and

3 billion units of production and sales. Part of plant leadership team that made daily decisions on safety, finances, employees, and

operations.

Purchasing Manager Inca Presswood Pallets Sardis, Mississippi 1995 -1997

Created a location system for parts room and arranged the parts room for better access for employees. Negotiated with vendors

for the best pricing and supply of parts and supplies(saved the company $300M in the first year). Did daily cycle counts on parts

room and worked with supervisors to assure proper parts were ordered on special projects. Help in supervision of the plant and

projects as needed. Supervised the shipments to customers and did weekly inventories. Help create the plants Safety Team and

create procedures.

Shipping and Receiving Clerk Freshmark Canton, Ohio 1985-1995

Performed daily physical inventories on finished goods and create reports. Arrange movements of product between plants and

warehouses. Assist the supervisor with arranging daily schedules, and worked with shippers to assure shipments were to order.

Did quarterly physical inventory for the plant. Worked with traffic to dispatch utility drivers, and assure all the trailers were the

proper weight. Called customers daily and arrange deliveries of their orders during each "season". Scheduled production for

the plant for two years.
