Singtel Telecommunications Ltd, commonly abbreviated as Singtel is a

Singapore telecommunication company with a combined mobile subscriber base

of more than 500 million customers making it one of the largest mobile

network operators in Singapore.

Personal and Payroll Management System (PPMS) is Singtel Organization HR

and payroll system to maintain employee personal, payroll and Job

information. It has Core HR, Global Payroll, Absence, benefits,

compensation modules in it with interfaces from many systems. In this,

payroll module has numerous inbound and outbound interfaces there by

integrating with various other systems. And also, 12 pay groups with over

10000+ employees are processed via the payroll system.

Responsibilities:

. Maintenance, Production support, implementation of change requests in

Core HR, Benefits, Global Payroll, and country related absence

Project description: Citibank is one of leading banks in Dubai with over

1000+ employees. The project involved customization of the customer's

payroll rules, implementing leave management system, reimbursement and loan

modules

The job data would come in from the third party software in to the ramco

system, validation would be done before running the payroll for the

employees. Then the payment entries will be flown out of ramco system's

database to third party software -flex cube after the payroll is

authorized.

. Interacted with customers to show the demo of the product, collect the

functional requirements, do the fit gap analysis and translate the

Project Description: Hindustan Lever Limited is one of the leading FMG

companies in India, with over 5000+ employees employed in its various

branches and Head Quarters.

Unilever India Shared Services (Indigo HLL) serves as the BPO organization

of HLL and assists in all types of Back Office operations. Processing of

Payroll for Hindustan Lever Limited was outsourced to a payroll processing

vendor in the past. With the implementation of Ramco Payroll system,

Unilever India Shared Services will own the responsibility of processing

payroll for all the employees of Hindustan Lever limited across various

cadres such as Managers, Officers and Non Management Staff spread across

seven branches and 480 work locations.

The project involved studying the requirements for the various classes of

employees and accordingly tailoring the Ramco payroll system to meet the

exact customer requirements.

Ramco Payroll is Live from April 2006 and is being used to process payroll

for over 5000+ employees of Hindustan Level Limited.

chemical companies in Europe manufacturing dyes. It has branches all over

the world including Asia, Europe, Canada and Australia. To cope up with the

competitive market across the globe and to increase the revenue for the

company, performance improvement of the individual employees and

organization is one of the essential areas to be developed.

Ramco's Performance Management System (Appraisal) for key and senior

managers would help to establish a comprehensive method for the review of

individual target achievement, leadership performance and for planning

necessary initiatives to enhance performance and development in the

organization.

Project Description: Ramco HRMS product was implemented in various hotels

belonging to Radisson Edwardian Hotels, United Kingdom after tailoring the

same to suffice the needs of the customers. This involved customizations in

various HRMS spectrum such as the Hire Process, Leave Management Process,

Time Management, Staff Accommodation, Appraisal and Payroll.

The Time Management Module developed for Radisson Edwardian Hotels was

tightly integrated to Leave, Training and Payroll Modules. Employees were

paid on a bi-weekly basis. Employees also worked across different profit

centers. The Timesheet had provision to compute the employee's pay based on

the profit centers the employee worked in the specific pay period

The Timesheet had functionality to handle both Pattern based shifts and ad-

hoc shifts. In addition to that both Normal and Overtime payments were also

handled through the same activity.

Ramco HRMS is being used in 13 hotels in and around London belonging to

Radisson Edwardian Hotels.
