Have worked with dozens of customers from small to enterprise levels on
dozens more Cisco Voice centric
projects. Assignments range from remote site build and cuts, to product
upgrades, to complete CUCM builds,
to Jabber, to simple T1 turn-ups, to major SIP circuit conversions. I've
built complete IVR environments using
UCCX IPIVR and UCCE, and I've even had exposure to both Acme Packet and
