this position. I have long term experience in my field of employment. I

have worked in the position as an assistant cook in both line and

preparation’s have experience in both banquette and restaruant dining.

I have knowledge of American, Southern Domestic foods and foreign

item preparation. And I am familiar with both large and small kitchen

operations .I’m familiar with health codes and regulations and I have

received an N.Y.H.D. Food Protection Certificate. I have good standard

and house recipe comprehension and good knife skills. And I have good

décor’ knife skills. I am a fast worker and quick learner creative and

easily trainable. I have worked in many different types of kitchen

atmospheres and positions and stations and. I can adapt too many kitchen

situations. I have worked both line and back of the house. I have worked

in fryer flat grills and broiler grills, ovens and steamers stations.
