Managed pricing for the Central Region (including deal evaluation, pricing strategy, profit optimization, control compliance, revenue recognition,

contract terms and conditions, deal financing and executive communication) for $1.7B sales portfolio.

Helped improve team performance from 5th (last) in 2005 to 1 st in 2006 and 2007.

Developed and taught pricing strategy training for CA. Designed training materials to increase sales team’s financial acumen and pricing

capabilities. Estimated annual benefits in incremental revenue and margin were $65M and $37M, respectively.

Co-Lead for Americas Business Unit (ABU) Special Pricing Certification program. The goal of the program was to increase pricing consistency

by providing a standard foundation in pricing strategy, tools and contracts evaluation to all members. All pricing analysts were certified.

Finance Project Manager - World Wide Procurement – Dell Global Procurement/Singapore Design Center (DGP/SDC) (2005 – 2006)

Directed all financial aspects of a cross-functional team to help successfully transition Dell’s procurement operations overseas. This included the

evaluation of functions to transition, assessment of benefits and communication of financial results to executive staff.

Co-created both the structure and transfer pricing methodologies and processes used within DGP and SDC. This structure and transfer pricing

methodology was the foundation to support more than $150M in annualized tax benefits.

Led monthly business/financial review process. Analyzed and provided insights in to business performance to plan, estimated changes in

forecast based on current trends, and support corporate close process.

Senior Financial Consultant - World Wide Procurement (WWP) (2003-2005)

Managed Financial Planning and Analysis for a $4B portfolio of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), including cost forecasting, quota setting, monthly

outlooks and executive communication/reporting.

Created a process to better manage cost forecasting. This process improved forecast accuracy by 10% in COGS.

Managed WWP vendor financial health program. Created model and methodology to evaluate supplier financial viability. This program was

used to assess the financial stability of critical suppliers.

2003

Served as a financial consultant to PGN’s business units to ensure accurate economic evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leasing, new

product developments and product pricing. Additionally, provided training, project management activities and financial modeling

Managed PGN's divisional cost of capital initiative. This initiative assessed required returns for investing in activities with specific risk profiles.
