. Involvement in implementation of CNI customers Retail Utility Billing

Solution for AGL Australia.

This is initiated to implement Commercial and Industrial (C&I)

Customers' Retail Utility Billing solution for AGL, Australia's

largest retailer of gas & electricity. This application is a SAP-ISU,

SAP-CRM, SAP-BW and SAP-XI based solution to carry out the

functionality of customer billing for both C&I Electricity and C&I

Gas.

. Implementation changes in NECF.

All necessary market regulatory changes for National Energy Customer

Framework (NECF) has been implemented in 2012.

. Smart/AMI Meter Implementation.

Implemented SMART Meter solution in AGL Landscape to adapt with market

changes.

. Exception Management.

As a part of continuous process improvement, identified the pain areas

for Business and given proposals to automate top 20 BPEM processing to

reduce manual FTEs. Implemented the automation for those BPEM cases.

. Implementation of Flexible billing and Adjustment solution.

Flexible billing gives customers greater control of when they receive

their bills and when the bills will be payable i.e. pay date

alignment. This helps with the customer's budget and will increase

affordability and Adjustment functionality is designed to

significantly reduce the number of invoices sent to customers as part

of the cancel rebill process.

. Implementation of Flexible Pricing Solution.

The Victorian Governments flexible pricing education campaign kicked

off in mid July 2013.

Flexible pricing allows electricity customers to choose being charged

different rates for electricity during different times of the day. The

aim is to encourage customers to shift their electricity consumption

from high peak demand times to lower demand times.

. Involvement in NSW Gas Harmonization Project.

Currently involved as a Techno Functional Lead in NSW ACT Retail Gas

Harmonisation project which will align market processes and procedures

to an approach that is consistent with other jurisdictions (VIC, SA

and QLD).

. Published White papers in TCS website for SAP Seasonality Algorithm

for MR estimation.
