The Capital One UK's acquisition domain has the case management tool called

VECTUS, it includes application processing, work flow orchestration

including integration with Decision Engine, Fraud Systems, Bureaus. Once an

application is judged successful, Vectus initiates an account Creation. The

main focus of the project was to implement three applications - RAID,

TELEAPP and SEARCH, first two for the accepting the request and third one

for search criteria.

Promise Reporting (Thames Water)

Location : Hyderabad

Promising Report Tracking System is to implement an effective tracking,

reporting and escalation

mechanism for Promise reports and to meet the promises made to the

customer. Another main objective of

the proposed promise report tracking system is to help TW build the unified

tracking mechanism for tracking promises across the Customer Services

Revenue stream. Using such a tracking system, TW can effectively monitor

the status of various promises at any point of time and can take

appropriate actions to meet the promise obligations. Customers can be

proactively intimating on status of the cases rather than customers chasing

up TW on the status of their request. This will help TW in achieving the

best customer satisfaction by serving the customers on time.
