Accurate Safety Compliance is a leader in the world for its safety services in the vast oil and gas industry. As a
Safety Specialist of quality control assurance inspector and field inspector my duties ranged from Rig Safety,
Inspections, Hydraulic Fracturing and Stand Rigs; as well as company strategy for safety compliance and pre shift
production goal meetings. As a field safety specialist I ensured all employees and associated workers completed
daily targets as well as worked safely in assigned areas.
Roof/Ground Control: Wall-Bank and Slope stability, Examination and correction of ground condition, confined
space supervisor and permit authorizer, Trenching and Shoring.
Equipment: Operated and inspected Forklift, Tele-handler, man-lift, skid-steer, inspected excavator, Dual and single
belt units, Technical Communication Unit, Blender and Pumps.
Worksite Safety Inspection: Pre-shift safety meetings, On shift safety audit and inspection, Pre-operations
inspection, on-site training and exams.
Ventilation: Monitoring air quality, inspecting and setting up dust collectors and regulating air direction. Atmospheric
Monitoring Including surveys of Dust-Gas-Fumes, and 4 gas LEL monitoring. Respirator program and fit testing.
Worksite Environmental: Water, soil, air, and noise sampling. Flame Ionisation ant total measurement of
petroleum hydrocarbons including the use of a DHP probe and radiation cells. Containment inspection. Sump
(water) testing and disposal. Particulate Monitoring and Atmospheric LEL Gas Monitoring. Housekeeping
inspections and disposal monitoring.

I was engaged in high-pressure hydraulic fracturing in unconventional oil and natural gas basins. As a team lead I
oversaw the electronic communication as a Radiation Safety Officer, Electronic Technician and the 3PL operations
in our warehouse. Performing safety audits and inspections of radioactive and electrical equipment.

Safety Project Manager
As the safety project manager I assisted the lead engineer in the reading of Cad blueprint and maps for construction
and manufacturing; ensuring environmental procedures are followed for water drainage and waste. I was
responsible for ensuring the daily and weekly production rate was achieved in builds of water drainage systems. My
responsibilities also included ensuring the service providers and associated work crew are working within assigned
regions. In this position I was the safety manager doing all site audits and inspections.
