my skills and grow as an individual, as well as, a team within your

position with your company. I hold a Master's degree in Special Education,

a BS in Psychology, and an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education. I

am also currently enrolled in Capella University, where I am completing

classes towards a 2nd Master's degree in Clinical and Mental Health

Counseling. I am proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express,

PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher, and have great communication skills. Most

of my college completion has taken place online, where I have also become

proficient with Blackboard, Moodle, WebCT, and other similar online course

rooms. I was responsible for completing a school newsletter for

approximately 2 years, and I am proficient with MLA and APA format. I also

hold great experience with student case loads, writing and implementing

Individualized Education Plans (IEP's), meeting scheduled deadlines,

teaching, behavior consulting, mentoring, observing, anecdotal data, and

writing and implementing behavior plans. I have worked among a variety of

disabilities that include but are not limited to: Attention Deficit

Hyperactive Disorder, Serious Emotional Disability, Oppositional Defiant

Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Bipolar Disorder, Autism, Obsessive

Compulsive Disorder, Hearing Impaired, and Speech/Language Impaired. For

the last 7 years, I have been allowed the opportunity to be part of a team

that has created a school of excellence. I have 7 years of outstanding

teacher observation data that will help prove my strong leadership skills

within a school setting.
