it relates to interior construction. Interpreted Building Codes based on extensive experience with

Architecture, Design and Real Estate Development. Provided New York City building code and zoning

1/2014)

Provided design and construction efforts for the multi-billion dollars New York Hudson Yards Real

Estate Development for two eighty two story residential towers. Advised regularly with clients, zoning

and building departments, as well as construction officials and engineers. Designed and coordinated

construction documentation utilizing a variety of graphic software including Revit, Navisworks, and

AutoCAD.

Sr. Design Project Manager Paulo Baruki Inc., Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (7/2011 –

7/2012)

Oversaw, managed, coordinated architectural design and construction of major High-end shopping

centers in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, Brazil. Designed and coordinated Interior layout and finishes

of retail spaces, and office spaces for national and International clientele in Brazil. Planned, supervised

and directed daily project operations. Controlled construction operations and performance standards.

Advised the development of feasibility studies, production schedules, budget guidelines, and quality

controls.

Architect / Project Manager Abo Group, Inc., Denver, Colorado (6/2008 –

7/2011)

Coordinated the planning and construction phase of the Denver International Airport (DIA) South

Terminal Redevelopment Program as Lead Tech Manager between several disciplines including Retail

interiors, Architecture, Hospitality Interiors, and Construction. Designed and coordinated the interior

office layout of the Denver International Airport support facilities. Developed designed solutions for

offices, lounges, and security support areas. Successfully coordinated space design strategy and interior

layouts. Worked closely with stakeholders, strategic sourcing teams and vendors. Supported President

of Aviation Design Division on key technical issues.

Designer / Project Manager Urban Core Studio, Denver, Colorado

Participated directly on full project construction lifecycle from the architectural design process, site

planning, building construction to the certificate of Occupancy. Managed and coordinated construction,
