. IN 3G Check the parameter RSCP LEVEL,PSC, EC/I0,R99,MULTIRAPE

FUNCTION,VIDEO CALLING.

. Finding the reasons for any poor RX LEVEL, RX QUALITY, CALL DROPS,

delayed Handovers & Suggesting the possible solutions.

. Identification of correct Handover Targets for sites on all major

& secondary traffic parteries.

. Coverage and Capacity planning according to the necessity.

. Analysis of Coding Scheme, RLC Throughput from Data Drive.

. Analyze drive test data and take necessary corrective measures.

. Analyzing interference, Call Drops, Handover failures, Error in

Connection, Channel reselections, Rx Quality, Rx level etc. and

generating Rx Level & Quality plots using MapInfo.

. Site Optimization- Existing & New Sites for Network.

. Cluster tuning by checking and changing co-channel and adjacent

channel interferences in 2G.

. Primary verification of drive data and taking necessary corrective

measures, like Neighbor list addition and interference analysis.

. Recommend timely actions and solutions to customer service

requests.

. Physical Testing,Check the Particular sites physically for Sector

and cables swap, orientation, Tilt, Type of Antenna and all

Checking in BTS end.

. After Doing Drive Test for particular sites clockwise and

anticlockwise to check RSCP(Rx level in 2G), Ec/No(Rx quality),

swap,interference and Handovers.
