INTERNATIONAL PETROLEUM SERVICE CORPORATION, SAUDI ARABIA.

SHENGLI DRILLING PROJECT, Client- SAUDI ARAMCO(RIG Site) -SAUDI ARABIA.

Reports directly to HSE Manager and assist Rig Managers in the overall implementation of approved

project contract HSE Program, with a primary function of performing continuous monitoring at work site

to ensure full compliance of field work force with all relevant health, safety, environment requirements.

Maintain Inspection report, POB, Minutes of meetings, HSE Manual, HSE Procedures, HSE Statistics and

STOP Card Summary/Analysis.

Conducts documented HSE Orientation/Induction with new site employees or returnees/transferees prior

to mobilization to project site.

Formulate drill scenarios on Fire, H2S, Pit Drill, Trip Drill,Bop,Accumlator Drill, Medical Emergency

(Evacuation) and conduct drills in which the frequency is specified in the company’s Operating guidelines

& respond to emergencies in a timely manner.

Conduct HSE Meetings with Rig crew & discussing the HSE matters requiring attention & necessary

Reporting to HSE Manager my day today work .My main responsibility is to co-ordinate with HSE
