Clarify CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a third party tool
developed by AMDOCS and mainly used for incident management. The front end
(Client) applications are being developed by Clear Basic (Clarify CRM) and
SQL server is being used as a back end tool (Server). The Clarify CRM
system is customized to create contracts/cases for the Microsoft Products
with their premier Customers. Products can be software, hardware, or any
other items that Microsoft produces, and for which they provide support
service. Services define the type and level of support that a customer
receives. Services are used as a basis for creating customer contracts.
Moreover the system is used to create/track (Service Requests/Cases) raised
by Microsoft Customers besides that the SAP system will be used to generate
bills/invoices for the resolved cases by pulling data from Clarify
Database.
