Responsible for the overall direction of the day to day operations of hospice services.

Provide leadership, strategic direction resulting in the achievement of the organizational Goals

Successful development and management of a 5 6 million dollar annual budget

Regulatory compliance, and monitor the effective & efficient delivery of hospice care with a goal of

continuous quality improvement.

Oversee clinical, marketing, office and volunteer managers. Work with managers to maintain appropriate

Ensure that Federal and State regulations are maintained achieving a reduced risk of survey deficiencies
