CURRENT EXPERIENCE:

• Currently working with HILUX AUTOELECTRIC Pvt.Ltd. MAYAPURI as ENGINEER-QA from May ‘2013

till date.

• Check the incoming material according to sampling plan match with drawing & fit function.

• Do verification of Drawing Design review and raise ECN (Engg. Change Note) where ever necessary.

• Vendor audits and review the process controls for product quality improvement.

• Layout inspection & pre-dispatch Inspection of lighting products as per customer specification.

• Responsible for making and implementing all necessary documents on R.Q.C.

• Responsible for all necessary improvements on shop floor to enhance Product Quality.

• Maintaining customer line rejection record, analysis of rejection, rejection PPM record, provides action plan for

high rejection PPM.

• To implement CAPA, 8D and check effectiveness monitoring for action taken for quality problems.

• To prepare defect analysis report and necessary countermeasures for the defects reported by customers or

customer line return.

• Member of Process improvement team like Kaizen, 5S etc.
