Job Responsibilities:

• Create production orders as per production plan in SAP.

• Confirmation of production orders as per physical production in SAP.

• To co ordinate correction of all BOMs w.r.t. actual consumption.

• Ensure no shortages of material at customer end as well as coordinate with Production Dept.

• Preparing and Analyzing of Machine break down time details

• To check weather all check point sheets are being filled by the concerned operators.

• To maintain all documents of production (Daily/ model wise production, rejection, issue & receive).

• Regular audits to check proper adherence of all quality & safety measures in the plant.

• Responsible for maintaining 5S & FIFO.

• Monthly material reconciliation.

• Physical verification of Assets in Plant.
