Presently I am engaged in Argon Global as Technical Supports Manager and responsible

for technical activities including all sorts of maintenance internally and externally for the

existing Contracting groups.

I worked as workshop Manager (Electro- Mechanical) in Khalid Cement Industries

Complex. Here I was responsible for setting up a new major Electro Mechanical workshop

at Industrial Area, to select the required machineries and manpower, to undertake local jobs

and to organize canvassing big jobs from Companies in Qatar.

I was working as maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) in Qatar Museum Authority, Dept. of

museums and Antiquities. Here I was responsible for the electro mechanical workshop as

well as for all maintenance including supervision of local maintenance contracts (Electrical

mechanical and Air-conditioning). Materials and spare parts procurement action, Quality

inspection and its standards local & Abroad purchasing, planning works, trouble shooting

and to make maintenance schedules which includes predictive & preventive maintenance,

are all my interesting fields to perform.

About five years I was engaged in Operation and Maintenance section of Civil engineering

department, Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Agriculture Doha -Qatar and was responsible

for electrical, Mechanical and Air-Conditioning workshops, overhauling repairing and

maintenance of all types of motors pumps and A/c units (Package and central A/c units)

carried out preventive and major break down maintenance of heavy pumping stations

connected with sewerage treatment plants.

Worked about 7 years in one of the biggest potash plant in JORDAN and associated with

electrical Maintenance work in potash refinery and in steam and power plant. Carried-out

switchgear repair maintenance of 3.3 KV, 11 KV, 33KV and 380 VoIts. Carried-out partial

repair of high tension motors alternators and power transformers.

Apart from this experience from Doha - Qatar & from Jordan, worked in India with Well

Reputed different organizations and Gained independent working experience in all

electrical fields like "General Maintenance" for all sorts of electrical equipment in various

fields (Chemical plant, engineering concerns and fertilizer plants). Maintenance and repair

of heavy transformers high tension motors, Generators, switch gears and breakers for

different plants. Carried out independently “Electrical Maintenance" of power plant with

turbine driven generators of 15 MW. And 2 boilers running parallel and each boiler

capacity as 110 Ton, with other attached plants like. Water treatment plant utility equipment

(Air Compressors, Air Dryers, H.P. Pumps Soot Blowers, BMS Panels, and condenser fan

etc).

Independent working experience in the repair re-winding of all kinds of electrical machines

like AC & DC motors armatures, rotors transformers coils etc.

Overhauling Dismantling and assembling testing of heavy duty electrical machines.

Repairing and Re-winding of submersible pumps, traction motors carried out H.T. motor

repairing re-winding of up to the capacity of 5 MW stators (11KV).

Carried-out electrical maintenance planning jobs, attending break-down maintenance and

preventive maintenance of all sorts of electrical machines. Working experience in

supervisory cadre in large electrical workshop. Worked in training department and co-

ordinate for different training programs, seminars, industrial tours etc. worked in motor

manufacturing company, and did many challenging jobs and got awards from the company.

Gained rich experience form one of the biggest copper mines/ Plant in Asia by working

about 8 years and was in touch with the special types of electrical machine repair for

various chemical plants and mines (Under ground and open cast mines).

Emergency repair work done successfully, for 700KVA synchronus Motor in a very short

time, for the Aircraft (MIG21) Manufacturing Company in India.

Organized many evening classes for the employees' and got it approved by Govt of India

for conducting examinations for many Technical courses while working in a very big

copper plant's training center at Rajasthan, India.

Set up an Electro-Mechanical workshop independently for repairing & reconditiong of

Electro – Mechanical equipments in O&M section, Drainage Division. Ministry of
