I would like to further my career in the heavy equipment industry as a maintenance mechanic and at the

same time, in a position that will allow my qualifications to grow and thus, allowing me to qualify for a

higher position, if and when available, within the industry.

METRO TRANSIT AUTHORITY Houston, Texas 2012-Current

- Responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing different systems of modern metropolitan

transit buses. Systems repaired include but are not limited to air brakes, electrical, pneumatic, engine

mechanical, engine electrical, steering, suspension, hydraulics, etc.

RYDER TRANSPORTATION SERVICE Houston, Texas 1997-2012

- Responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing different systems of over the road tractors

and trailers of different makes, models, and drivetrain configurations. All systems including engine-

mechanical, engine-electrical, steering, suspension, body-electrical, brakes, and air system. Models of

tractors include Freightliner, Peterbilt, Mack, International Harvester, and Volvo.
