. Migrated data from HP XP24000 to HUSVM in two different datacenter around

1 PB data either by Virtualization or host based copy (i.e. vMotion etc.)

for VMware, Oracle ASM RAC cluster, and Open system environments. 80% of

work done through Virtualization method.

. Design and Implemented 3 HUSVM with the total internal storage capacity

of 250TB for XP24K to HUSVM migration.

. Design and Implemented HP Performance Advisor and integrated 5

Enterprises storages i.e. P9500, XP24K, for collecting performance

characteristics.

. Managing day to day operations of various SAN & NAS devices like HP XP &

and brocade fiber channel switches, 850+ VMs, 67 ESX Hosts (continually

growing) and 1200 windows and unix hosts with database applications for

Russell Investment Group. Performed filer implementation, upgrade, and

migration. Created documented process to standardized new operational

process at all sites. Assisted in architecting and implementing new data

center storage engineering & operational tasks. Successfully participated

storage DR practices. Configured filers per vendor best practices.

Customized/automat a weekly refresh process, and daily reports on storage

and health. Other tasks that were included migrated around 20 TB data from

EMC clariion to VMAX by using PPME and Open replicator method. Troubleshoot

server hardware, software, and network connections with respective

departments to identify and resolve issues. Participate in weekly planning
