Responsibilities: My primary duty id running my assigned machines to

manufacture various oilfield components such as lockdown screws, tie down

screws, guide screws, packing glands and small riser pins and boxes. 100%

inspection of all parts I manufacture to ensure they conform to the drawing

specification. Secondary duties include performing Set Up of manufacturing

equipment, machine program verification and First Article inspections of

other machined parts to ensure conformance to dimensional requirements

before releasing the job for full production. Able to produce high quality,

close tolerance work required in accordance with costumer provided blue

prints and specifications working with material such as K-model, Inconel,

Brass, 4130 & 4140.

tolerance work with tapers and grooves as well as threading. Inspection of

Secondary duties included set up run Milling machines as well and the

machining of electrons machines.

Excellent skills in reading and interpretation of drawing requirements.

Ability to determine the types of tooling required to archive a successful

set up and manufacture of assigned components. Familiar with CNC machine

tools Fanuc Controls.
