COMMUNICATION The manager position requires much communication with staff. The position requires a great

amount of verbal communication in order to express the needs of the customer and the

company. There are daily staff meetings to establish the goal for the day and how to obtain it.

Open communication is always welcome throughout our management team. Took a course

on Ideas for Better Communication at Texas Christian University, which allowed me to know

how to communicate with my staff at Little Caesars.

LEADERSHIP Being shift manager allowed for training staff all while giving the opportunity to develop

leadership skills. The position teaches one to be responsible for their staff and daily tasks.
