Project # 1: JP Morgan Chase CAF - ICDW

Period: January 2011 - Till Date

Project Role: QA ETL Manager & Project Lead

Domain: Banking and Financial Services - Retail Banking

Project Description:

Chase Auto Finance is a part of JP Morgan Chase retail banking division.

Auto Finance ICDW initiative is to Migrate Auto Loans Origination data

[ACAPS (Prime/ Near-Prime, Manufacturing Private Label and Lease) and RCO

(Custom)] and servicing data (ALA, VLS & CALS) in the ICDW platform and in

addition migrate all the downstream feeds that is part of ADW. As part of

ICDW initiative, chase now merges to a common platform and its one stop

solution to the business.

Project Responsibilities:

> Preparation of documentation including project plan, execution plans

and reports for end to end phases of the project.

> Individually involved in designing the QA Test strategy, the test

cycles and monitoring of test execution.

> Coordinated as the single point of contact for clients and Business

relationship manager.

> Reviewing daily execution reports and project status reports with

clients and all stakeholders.

> Coordinating the daily defect status meetings/discussions between QA

and Development team to resolve any conflicts.

CMB Global Corporate Operations Technology (GCOT) is accountable for

managing and maintaining systems that support CMB operations globally.

GCOT has a dense application landscape comprising of over 100 applications

spanning various technologies. These applications are broadly classified

into the following Application Portfolio Groups: Trades Processing, Global

Stock Record, NAM Settlements, NAM Corporate Actions, Retail Application

Portfolio and Operate Portfolio.

Project Responsibilities:

> Worked in the capacity of test lead for a team of 10 and also played

the role of single point of contact from client and onsite managers

> Contributed significantly to ram up of the team size in offshore and

training the new joiners by voluntary knowledge transition and

guidance to bring them up to speed.

> Involvement in End to End testing lifecycle for various web

applications and managing the offshore team.

> Analyzed business requirements, system requirements, data mapping

requirement specifications, and responsible for documenting functional
