Project Manager/International Faculty

International Program in Design & Architecture, Chulalongkorn University,

Thailand, 2013-15.

Manage the administration of large international university program,

supervise office staff, and establish/regulate/publicize/implement

international exchange programs. Compose and implement MOU contracts and

cultivate new international partnerships. Recruit, evaluate, and counsel

International students. Create and manage a million dollar+ scholarship

program. Shape program's future vision and mission through Self-Assessment

Reports and author ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance evaluation

documents. Conduct program research and data collection, elaborate

communication policies, standardize formats and edit outgoing documents.

Oversee the organization of annual/quarterly student review event and

United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Thailand, 1991-1993.

Monitored, assessed, and evaluated all educational, vocational, and social

service programs in nine refugee camps in Thailand sheltering Lao, Hmong,

Vietnamese, and Khmer; liaised with major international donors in

training/social service program design; assessed non-Indochinese (Burmese,

Sinhalese, Tamil, Afghan) refugee's needs; formed refugee education

committee in order to establish a K-12 school with multilingual curriculum

and teacher training program to serve 3000+ refugees; developed resource

and book libraries; formed assistance networks with institutions/agencies

and created a variety of educational and vocational programs benefiting

women, men, boys, and girls of at least ten different nationalities;

initiated primary education and skill training programs, tertiary

medical welfare programs, i.e., special services for HIV/AIDS cases and

abused children; co-wrote and produced teacher training video and manual in

three languages; prepared monthly reports, $200,000 annual budgets, and

program proposals.
