* Co-Ordination with Finance Team for Rent validation.
* Preparing NFA for New and sharing sites.
* Co-ordination with all vertical Head for NFA signing or approval.
* Uploading those NFA on WFM portal.
* Sending Rent Approval Letter to Land Owner.
* Co-ordination with Legal department for agreement released or signing.
* Rent / Security Deposit / Adjustable Advance process to Finance as per
agreement.
* Keep all the records and documents for future reference.
* Sending reports as per the requirement.

* Responsible for coordinating with Corporate Finance Team.
* We work as mediator between Vendor & Finance Team.

2) Aircel Project:-
* Receive all type of invoices from vendors with proper checking.
* Login the invoices through Accounting Software
* Responsible for all type of movement through software.
* Also I co-ordinate with entire Bengal Team of Aircel.
* Responsible for Daily/ Weekly / Monthly Reports.
* Co-ordinate with all BU/Function heads for any escalation matter.
* Directly report to Circle Finance Head.
* Responsible for coordinating with Corporate Finance Team (Gurgaon).
* We work as mediator between Vendor & Finance Team.
* Responsible for all vendor queries.
* Responsible for collecting Vendor's SOA on every month.
3) Indus Project:-
* Invoices processing in Oracle 12i for Kolkata circle.
* Coordinate with the project people and Clients.
* Solving ERP Related issue with Corporate WFM Team.
* Prepared MIS as Required by Clients.
* Creation of standard PO and maintained the tracker.
* Purchase Order amendment.
* Preparation of supply and service GRN in Oracle 12i.
* Create Move Order and STN No.
* Co-ordination with vendors.
* Co-ordination with Vendor Helpdesk.

Howrah, Siliguri and Midnapur (WB).
Computer Knowledge -I was doing MS Office and Financial Accounting Course
from SSI (Aptech) Lalbazar.I have a good knowledge in Word, Excel, Power
Point, Tally 7.2 and Internet. I also have knowledge in SAP R3 modules.
