Key Tasks:

* On-boarding clients for Multi Asset Class and managing the regional

client integration function to ensure on-boarding practices are in line

with regulatory changes (Dodd Frank and EMIR)

* Work Closely with KYC, AML, Credit, Legal and Operations teams to bring

Prime Services clients onboard. Good working knowledge of the Prime

Brokerage, GMSLA, GMRA, ISDA/CSA, MCA and FXPBA agreements.

* Work closely for clients who wish to trade India Offshore Derivatives.

* Work with executing brokers on the Futures and FX execution business.

* Assist traders to book Stock Borrows and Loans ensuring that Global

Master Securities Lending Agreements are in place and as per guidelines

of the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department. Automated process on Qlikview

to improve process and reduce errors and timeline of tasks.

* Work Closely with Swap traders to open accounts and set up reporting

ensuring ISDA and MCA for client are in place.

* Set up Standard Settlement Instructions for Equity Clients.

* Periodic Management reporting for revenue generation from the Multi Asset

class Business.

* Work closely on daily CASS reporting.
