Responsible for all operations in Florida with approximately $30M in annual revenue.

Restructured daily operations resulting in a turnaround from negative 10% EBIT to positive 6% EBIT year

over year.

Completed acquisition of a hauling company in Pinellas County, FL.

Completed acquisition of a Class 3 facility in North Florida and implemented a sort line to recover

recyclable materials.

Completed construction of a single stream MRF and a C&D MRF. Within the first six months, shipped an

average of 140 tons of OCC, 70 tons of mixed office paper and 30 tons of PET per month.

V.P. of Solid Waste

Responsible for all operations east of Texas, representing approximately $60M in annual revenue.

Instrumental in negotiating a new contract between RRSC and a municipality to eliminate

mandatory free brush pick up to an on call billed service per yard, which saved operational costs of $100K

per month.

Implemented a full recycling program for the City of Ridgeland, MS school system.

Instrumental in establishing new five year contract with the City of Cedar Park Texas with fuel

escalators and a 53% price increase.

Responsible for approximately $2M per month in revenue and 160 employees.

Responsible for all aspects of operations and environmental management of the landfill.

Signed new agreement with multiple municipalities which resulted in approximately $93K in

Reduced accident frequency rate by 29% year over year through improved training and driver

accountability.

Responsible for three hauling companies, two landfills and four transfer stations with 65 employees

Responsible for recovering all recyclable materials from transfer stations as well as landfills.

Ended 2003 with a 12% improvement year over year financially.

Attained an outstanding safety record, improving 2002 to 2003 claims from 35 incidents to four
