Responsible for completing multiple acquisitions of recycling companies as well as hauling companies.

Completed move of All Plastics from Lakeland Florida to Orlando Florida.

Completed negotiations and purchase of building for move of All Plastics.

Completed acquisition of hauling company in Pasco County.

Completed negotiation of new contract for recycling all of Rehrig Pacific’s used carts in the state of

Restructured daily operations resulting in a turnaround from negative 10% EBIT to positive 6% EBIT year

Responsible for all operations east of Texas, representing approximately $60M in annual revenue.

Instrumental in negotiating a new contract between RRSC and a municipality to eliminate

mandatory free brush pick up to an on call billed service per yard, which saved operational costs of $100K

per month.

Implemented a full recycling program for the City of Ridgeland, MS school system.

Instrumental in establishing new five year contract with the City of Cedar Park Texas with fuel

escalators and a 53% price increase.

Responsible for all aspects of operations and environmental management of the landfill.
