2013-2014 Center Program Director Candescent Healing

• Work with all staff especially Medical Director, co-director and charge nurse regarding chart review,

quality assurance initiatives and performance improvement plans.

• Represents Candescent Healing at all required hospital meetings and is responsible for safe

and efficient operations of the unit.

• Assist in development of annual departmental budget

generate and adopt products within acute and outpatient settings targeting operating

rooms, ambulatory surgical centers and wound care centers to achieve financial and
