I am currently the Master Scheduler for a manufacturing site that produces Rail automation products. The site consists

of 1 unique cells that produce in excess of 100K different possible skus averaging over 4000 different sales orders per month

while using in conjunction BAAN and SAP and separate ERP systems. I am the migration team to transition the division over to

SAP fully. I am responsible for developing the monthly Sales GAP forecast and KPI metrics for the site and monitoring and

reporting changes on a weekly basis. I work with all groups within the division to include purchasing, planning, customer

service, sales, Engineering, R&D, and manufacturing. I also participate in weekly customer relations calls with several of the

class 1 customers. I am accountable for maintaining the workload for the various cells by level loading the volume of SO

compared to the capacity of the individual cell and also supply feedback to customer service on any delays in the estimated

production date or giving expedited dates on hot orders that are needed prior to the defined lead time. I work with the

purchasing group to set priorities for material going thru the 1st article process according to previous history and current and

future demand. This position is the single touch point that directs how and when an order will process thru the plant while

communicating back thru out the organization the expectations and results.

Material Logistics Manager-Troy, Al 2012-2014

I was the Material Logistics Manager for an aero structure manufacturing site. My group consisted of 6 supervisors

that directed warehousing, tool cribs, production control, Gov tool control, indirect spend and document control across two

shifts within a unionized workforce. I had indirect spend budget of over $400K monthly and maintain an average of $40mil

RAW/WIP inventory with turns that exceed 7times. The inventory consisted of both sheet metal and fabricated stock. I have

been able to implement KPIs for the materials group and also revamp several of the areas to lean the process for a more

controlled work flow. I had responsibility for developing processes to move the internal warehouse and relocate to an external

3PL source to free up 13.5K worth of floor space for manufacturing while not affecting productivity of the manufacturing cells.

I was the site lead for Logistics for the corporate initiative to redefine the ITAR compliance guidelines

Sr. Project Manager Logistics(Contract) – Chattanooga, TN – 2011 – 2012

Position reported to the Logistics Group for Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. In this role I was responsible for

determining process flaws and writing process flow instructions for the purpose of continuous improvement and training. The

two primary projects that I am currently tasked with is a developing a return loop for excess material and implementing

Kanbahn standards by using SAP and eliminating the use of a cross dock for inbound material.

Managed a facility in excess of 20k SKUs (Net worth of $25M) and 150,000 sqft facility. Responsible for design &

daily execution of warehouse configuration, internal material movement & shipping/receiving processes. Facilitate

implementation of new ISO processes/procedures thru shift supervisors as designed by Process Engineering, Maintenance &

continuous improvement departments for material flow. Coordinate SAP changes & develop receiving, warehousing, material

movement, and shipping procedures that optimize SAP functions as related to material storage & movement. Maintain staff to

template levels while ensuring all associates are properly trained in department procedures and work instructions.

Managed warehouse and other material storage areas to maintain at least 96% bin specific inventory accuracy rating as

demonstrated thru cycle count program. Accountable for maintenance & PIT program assigned to the area including

coordination with maintenance & service suppliers. Responsible for good housekeeping & safe storage of materials in all areas

of the receiving, inspection & shipping. Oversaw distribution of all material to and from the manufacturing floor with a monthly

average of 550k transactions. Responsible for administration of all safety policies, procedures, and programs. The facility

supported 3-distribution & 2-manufacturing facilities across the United States 6 days a week while multiple shifts.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER I - New Bern, NC – 2009 - 2010

Main responsibility was to manage Material Control Department for 2nd shift of an onsite warehouse. Developed the

2 shift team from an average order delivery time of 5 hours to 2.75 hours by developing a metrics program that defined set

goals & performance measures. Duties included managing all counseling & Kronos for associates. Oversaw distribution of all

material to and from manufacturing floor with a monthly average of 25k transactions. Implement time saving procedures &

Managed the multi-shift Inventory Control Department consisting of 50 associates. Monitored the physical inventory

within a 1M sqft Distribution Center. Oversaw inventory accuracy & inbound Quality Control for $69M & 12k SKUs while

maintaining a 98.9% gross accuracy record. Managed all aspects of hiring, counseling & Kronos for associates. Developed

inbound receiving process to utilize door space more efficiently for a cost savings by process time reduction.

Member of the Start-Up-Team that interviewed, on boarded, and trained an entirely new staff for Dell’s most
