The project consist of two large commercial buildings, and a fast food restaurant. ($5,700,000).

Engineering Activities:

Studying the plans, specification books, dig alert, surveying the site.

Retaining walls, installation of block walls, grading, excavation, backfilling, and compaction.

Underground utilities, fire water line, sewage system, storm drain, grease interceptors, electrical wiring,

Edison’s lines and volt boxes, Verizon lines, Time Warner Cable, gas lines, and potable water service .

Construction of building slabs, footings, TS columns, framing, shear walls, HD’s, doors, and windows.

Construction of parking lots, drive threw, curb & gutters, asphalting, landscaping, irrigation system, and

relocation of existing light poles.

Ordering construction materials for onsite building, Edison slurry, concrete, rebar, block wall, etc….

Involved in mediation with traffic control solutions, and various permit inspectors for the city of Chino.

lighting, earthing, etc…

- 549 Nos. RMU wellhead substations.

Project Cost: $200,000,000

Engineering Activities:

Coordination/Communication with Upstream 11KV substation contractor, and vendors.

Provision of all labors, materials, supplies, tools, equipments and supervision of project.

Surveying, investigating, grading, soil preparation, excavation, and compaction.

Construction of road crossing, cable duct banks.

Construction of RC buildings foundations, external/internal walls, floor finishes, doors, windows, W/C,

battery room, floor slab, installation of fire stops, inverted roof.

External works include: construction of manholes, gully trap, septic tank, & soak pit.

Construction of access roads, miscellaneous equipment founds, and security fencing.

Project - Epic for Gas Sweetening Facilities Project (GSF):

The project involved treatment of 450 MMSCFD of kuff gas in order to supply sweet fuel gas to industrial

customers.

Project Cost: - $800,000,000

Engineering Activities:

Responsibilities were to perform technical, organizational and supervising role of 600 supportive civil

manpower staff on construction project.

Grading and soil preparation, excavation, backfilling and compaction.

Civil Construction of two major 33 KV substations, 15 km underground pipe line, road crossing, culverts,

pipe protection slabs, concrete paving, asphalting, and fencing. In charge of all structural steel work

related to pipe racks, EMP and GMP platforms, and technological structures.

Coordination with HSE, E&I, Mechanical and Piping departments, client, sub-contractor, and vendors.

Updating of the Window PCS in respect to synergy with Completion departments.

Adhere to health, safety, environment, security and community relation, Company’s policies statements

and operating procedures.

Study drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
