for highway work, i would sweep debris,shovel debris and remove by hand foliage or garbage debris from side

of the highway to clear the way for automatic kettle truck to come thru and lay edge line

situating pilot truck with arrow board to set up lane closure, setting up of safety cones, laying out of highway

gores

when laying down skips i would pilot the pilot truck with arrow board to keep traffic safely at a distance and

control, alert traffic to merge as well as keeping count with a counter of skips for that days job

scarification,removal of crosswalks, letters, stop bars, using a hand controlled pavement grinder,clean up

of pavement debris to bring back to shop for discard

painting of manhattans first ever bus lanes and bike lanes and thru out the 5 boroughs

lay out of the bus lane and bike lanes, setting up perimeter with barrel and caution tape,mixing of

paints,primers etc, sweeping and cleaning of lanes free of debris then apply
