Introduction Most recently I worked in market research. Prior to this I

worked as a personal assistant in the pipeline inspection

industry for seven years. I am an insurance agent licensed

with the State of Texas for over twenty years. My background

includes employment with State Farm Insurance as an account

manager and office manager for several agents totaling

approximately 25 years experience. I operated my own agency

through a franchise for one year. I did business to business

insurance sales for approximately one year. H&R Block employed

me as a receptionist and appointment scheduler. I marketed

beauty and health products through Mary Kay and Shaklee as an

independent consultant as well as retail sales and

demonstrations with Merle Norman Cosmetics. In Colorado I was

a co-owner and operator of a 600 acre farm and an oil field

service company.

DSS Research I used an automated Cisco dialing system to make

Customer Service outbound calls from a call center doing health

March 2014 - February to complete surveys and health questionnaires of

Self-employed I traveled with my late husband who was a

Personal Assistant pipeline inspector to various locations around

June 2007 - December 2013 the United States as his personal assistant

submitting his daily electronic reports, billing,

including emails and phone calls. I made all

travel arrangements and accommodations.

I worked for various State Farm agents over a

State Farm Insurance long period of time totaling around 25 years. My

Account/Office Manager duties included customer service, marketing,

1970 - 2006 sales, claim handling, data entry, filing, and

Texas and California receptions. I worked with several different

generations of computer systems and software. I

remember the times before the advent of computers

when we used rate books. I often worked with

title companies and Realtors on home closings.
