Mission statement:

Health care has always been my passion. From an early age I knew this and

having worked in health care for more than twenty years only cements the

fact that I will always work in the field.

Work Experience:

1998 2015 PACS Administrator and System Analyst at Wuesthoff Hospital.

I worked on Siemens Magicstore from 1998 to 2006 and AGFA IMPAX from

2006 to 2015. I performed Application Support duties on the front end

of the PACS system. However, I do have knowledge in the Clinical Engineering

side of PACS as well. The training of radiologists, medical staff and

radiology employees in PACS functionality was my responsibility. I was in

charge of troubleshooting problems, fixing and or calling for service

support. Due to ever changing HIPPA regulations, the stringent privacy

and security of access and passwords was very important part of my job.

One of my primary function was being the first option for fixes of all

patient and exam related problems. In my time as a PACS Administrator I

was the supervisor of the hospital transporters. I was on the ground floor

of PACS in Florida. Wuesthoff Hospital was one of the first to have a fully

functioning, archiving PACS systems.

1995 1998 File Clerk at Wuesthoff Hospital.

My responsiblilties as a file clerk included Radiology order entry,

records requests, radiology reception and subpoenas.

1993 1995 Transporter and Dark Room Technician.

1988 1992 Bank Teller and Customer Service Rep at Nations Bank

At Nations Banks I was both a Teller and Costumer Service Rep. At any time I

was expected to take care of customer needs at my teller windows and then

man my desk for customers to open and manage accounts. My duties included

managing safety deposit boxes, sorting night deposits and facilitate armored

vehicle pick ups.
