1 AREA OF EXPERTISE/JOB PROFILE

. To implement the schedule maintenance and preventive maintenance to

reduce the breakdown hours of the plants and machinery like crawler

crane(both pneumatic and hydraulic), loader, backhoe loader,

excavator, concrete pumps, dumper, transit mixer, drill jumbo,

shotcrete machines, batching plants, DG set, crusher plant, Merlo,

scissor lift machine, hydraulic mobile crane, light vehicle etc.

. To do the breakdown analysis and to repair the plants and machinery

to increase the working hours.

. To do the major overhauling of the prime mover and main unit.

. To do the erection and commissioning work of Batching plant, weigh

bridge etc.

. Optimum utilization of the spares and inventory.

. To control the consumption of HSD as per the bench mark analysis

and control estimate.

. To do planning to maintain the job inventory stock level of spares

for maintenance schedule and repair works of plants and machinery.

. To implement the total productive maintenance to eliminate the

wastage of time and resources.

. To work as a team and to lead the team from the front.

. To implement the proper utilization and deployment of manpower to

reduce the manpower cost.

and procedures.
