1. My License allows me to work in any field of the Lab with expertise in

Hematology,

Coagulation, Urinalysis, Body fluids, and other fields.

2. Performing a variety of assays, established in the Clinical Hematology,

Oncology Research

Lab

3. Flow Cytometry :

Lymphoma- Leukemia panel ; CD55/59, HAM,

Oxidative burst in Neutrophils, ANA;

AIDS panel;

4. LAP, staining, analyzing the slides, record, results reports;

5. Antiplatelet Glicoprotein Antibody Assay

6. Hemaglobinopaties Assay, Primus

7. Operating of the cell washers, Hematek

8. Ordering and maintaining our stock of mediums, antibodies and other

solutions for the Lab,

regular inventory of stocks and equipment in the Lab

9. Participated in the planning and establishment of a stem cell biology

laboratory.

10. Participated in a research project related to human T cell

immunobiology (Cr-release assay,

staining and counting of the cells).

11. Established and grew cultures of T cells. This involved separation

of buffy-coats from the

donor, setting up the T-cell culture, and re-stimulation of the

cultures, cloning of them.

Also grew dendridic cells and tumor cells lines (JY, T2).

12. Responsible for troubleshooting analytic equipment including

flowcytometers, hematology

analyzers, Primus for hemaglobinopaties and other equipment
