Maintain a staff of 9 regular employees and a staff of part employees to insure that rest area is

covered to insure that the public is taken care on in a clean friendly enviroment. Maintain the

correct supplies including an emergency suppy is on hand. Conduct montly reports and pass an

inspection by the state at a moments notice.

Managed 2nd shift auto line and batch area, 25 people assigned to me to complete the orders that

are due out the next day. Insuring the high quality and proper coverage of metal with the powder.

Scriptfleet, clearwater florida operation manager, 2009 2010

Managed the couriers for the state of North Carolina, had 120 contract drivers and managed 14

routes that delived medicine for American Pharmacy to their customers through out north carolina.

Also assigned drivers for the stat deliveries that were required and could not wait for the schedule

nightly routes. Maintained a 98% on time delivery record. Also had a daily conference call to insure

we were providing quality service to the pharmancy. Also did all of the hiring and insuring each

driver had the necessary insurance and assigned remote web devices and monitored the delivers

using a program that showed when each delivery was made.

2nd shift Production Foreman 2007-2009 (plant closed) Canac/Kohler, Statesville, NC

Managed Cabinet Room, Finishing Department, and Shipping. Started 2nd shift with 20 associates,

accomplished cleanup by Completing Kitchen orders, preparing them for shipment and setup

operation.

Performed limited finishing, spraying the parts that completed kitchens that were left by 1't shift. I

was allowed to add staff and established 3 functional production lines and a Preassembly

department. Organized 2nd Shift and completed 500 cabinets and finished 1000 doors each shift.

Solved a problem of not having enough work set up for 1st shift when I started the pre-assembly

department on 2nd shift. This enhanced the 1st shift by allowing them to start up without any

delays. Instrumental in starting up 3rd shift. Introduced the procedures to the new managers and

drove them and their associates so they were out performing 1st shift within one month of

separating them from 2nd shift. Received the coveted spot reward for the many hours it took to get

3rd shift operating.

Network Express, Clearwater Fl Lead Driver 2006-2007 Contract/Lead Driver.

Managed 9 Pharmaceutical routes throughout Western Carolina. Assisted the pharmacy on setup of

daily Needs for each route. Developed a simplified color code system to resolve the delivery of

wrong medical totes to the wrong nursing homes. Insured that each route was staffed and that all

deliveries were completed in a timely manner. Assisted in scheduling on a per week basis.

RSI, Lincolnton, NC Assembly Supervisor 2003–2006

Managed 70 employees in the construction and packaging of bathroom vanities. Scheduled

production using J.D. Edwards computer program. Analyzed and improved the movement of the

vanities from raw material to the shipping department. Tackled the low product output of 600

vanities. Streamlined the production line and increase to volume to over 800 vanities a day.

Sales Specialist worked in plumbing, flooring, and hardware. Helped the do-it-yourselfers on their

selection for, carpet, hardwood,and any other flooring needs. Directed customers with their

selection for all plumbing needs including, tubs, showers and kitchen sinks. Responsibilities

include: assisting customers in preparing special orders and generating safes to meet weekly

budgets.

Sara Lee Apparel, Kings Mountain, NC Packaging/Pick Pack/Shipping- Shift Supervisor

1999-2002

Managed, directed sixty employees and 35 indirect employees. Responsible for packaging 9500

dozen panties and bra daily using

J.D. Edward inventory program, scheduled, packaged, picked and packed the daily requirements for

shipping. Shipped 2 million dollars of product daily. lnsured labels and pricing were correct and up

to customer standards. Provided training in labeling per customer request method of applying the

label and insured the correct label and position matched each customer requirement. Followed strict

quality procedures and insured the correct product was loaded and shipped to the correct customer.

Modine Piedmont, Charlotte, NC General Foreman 1987-1999

Startup of a Radiator Mfg. Plant, utilizing an engineer on loan from Modine,started with an empty

warehouse and turned it into a functional manufacturing plant. Responsible for hiring and firing of

all production associates. Trained associates on proper techniques of the construction of a radiator.

Maintained 1 million dollars of raw material used to construct the radiators. Conducted a monthly

inventory which included full accountability of all raw materials. Quality tested each radiator using

a pressurized water tank (tank was designed by me). Performed maintenance on all equipment.

Ordered all raw material associated with building copper/brass radiators. Operated plant until

aluminum replaced copper/brass radiators.

Educational Background

I received my associate degree in Business Administration from Catawba Valley Community

College using the G I Bill and also working full time at Western Carolina Truck Center and Herring

Oil Co both in Hickory to help pay for my college.

Military Service

Served 10 Years in the United States Air Force. Honorable discharge. Staff Sargent - E-7

rating,Personnel Technician 73270. Maintained administrative records, assisted enlisted with the

many situation that confronted each Airman on a daily basis. Processed all personnel request for;

reenlistment, reassignment, separation and retirement.
